Hips & Low Back Release

A 3-day mini-series working directly with your psoas, pelvis, and deep core systems — the areas most connected to protection, stability, and long-held patterns of bracing.

  • Three focused 20-minute practices.
Live option with bonus integration time.
    Lifetime access to recordings.

  • Soften bracing. Improve coordination. Move with more ease.

Restore Tension at the Root

If your low back or hips keep tightening…

it may not be a strength or flexibility issue.

These areas are deeply connected to how your brain perceives safety, stability, and support.

The psoas, pelvis, and surrounding tissues often respond to unclear or inconsistent signals with:

bracing
holding
guarding
or shutdown

This is not something you can stretch your way out of.

Hips & Low Back Release works with these patterns directly.

Over three consecutive days, we’ll introduce clear, specific input to help your system soften, reorganize, and move differently — not through force, but through safety.

What This Series Includes

This is a 3-class mini-series designed to create measurable shifts through targeted, body-led input.

Psoas Release

A supported practice using a bolster or pillow and strap, with subtle jaw and tongue work.

We’ll work with the psoas as part of a larger system, helping reduce deep holding patterns that often contribute to low back tension and fatigue.

Joint Sequencing

Gentle pelvic movement followed by simple stability work using bands.

This helps your brain better understand where your pelvis is in space, improving coordination, support, and ease through the low back.

Stability + Dynamic Integration

A slow, supine sequence that can be done on the floor or a bed.

Subtle, continuous movement that allows your system to integrate what it’s learned without effort or strain.

Live + Lifetime Access

You are welcome to join live on:
Monday 4/20 at 6pm EDT
Tuesday 4/21 at 6pm EDT

What People Experience After Neuro Somatic Work

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Hips & Low Back Release?

It’s a 3-day mini-series focused on working with the psoas, pelvis, and deep core systems to reduce chronic tension and improve how your body organizes movement and support.

How long is each class?

Each class includes 20 minutes of guided practice. If you attend live, you’ll also receive an additional 10 minutes for questions and integration.

Do I need prior experience?

No. The practices are gentle, accessible, and adaptable. They are designed to work even on high pain or low energy days.

What if I can’t attend live?

You will receive the recordings with lifetime access. There is no expiration.

Is this the same as the Neuro Somatic Workbook?

No. The workbook is a 12-day self-guided educational journey focused on cranial nerve learning and integration.
Hips & Low Back Release is shorter, practice-heavy, and focused on immediate neural input through live guidance.

What will I need?

A bolster or pillow, a yoga strap, and (for one session) a light resistance band.

Is this intense?

No. These are gentle, low-effort practices designed to work with your system, not push it.
